On the outside, there are multiple decks where you can sit down and relax, all finished with new Trex decking. Chose from one under a roof right outside the front door; a second deck at the back of the house outside the kitchen and dining area; a third deck on the second floor outside 2 bedrooms, or the fourth deck on the third floor rooftop, where you can overlook the water.  No expense was spared!

Six beach badges and four cruiser bikes are also provided.

The changeover day is Saturday, so all weekly rentals run from a 2:00 p.m. check-in time on Saturday, to a 11:00 a.m. check-out time the following Saturday.

This is strictly a NO PET, NON-SMOKING HOUSE.
